How building a Racer Profile on Dirtbiker.ca can help your racing career.

How building a Racer Profile on Dirtbiker.ca can help your racing career.

Racing Profiles on Dirtbiker.ca are for the trail racers to build a profile the way they want it. This profile can be used as your personal racing resume as well. Instead of printing off or emailing sponsors your whole racing resume, you can simply link them to your racing profile here on dirtbiker.

You will be able to show case your self as a racer in many ways. Simple information like age, Gender, Bike for the year, etc. is the first step to your profile. you can also include all of your sponsors that you may already have apart of your racing program. You can make you profile look like this:
http://www.dirtbiker.ca/racing/rider/jarrett-may

You can manually add all of your sponsors and a link to their site. Which any company or sponsor loves. More promotion the better.

Also, while looking at this racing profile, you will see on the right hand side a group of pictures and videos. How dirtbiker.ca works is when someone uploads a picture or video to the site you can attach that picture or video to a rider and also a race and riding location. But, you can ONLY be attached if you have your own personal racer profile.

There is also a section for your bike for the year. The model, year, size, and brand can all be displayed here: http://www.dirtbiker.ca/racing/bike/2011-ktm-250-xc

you can also attach pictures of your self as part of your racing profile. Or a picture of your sponsors company or logo. What ever you like.

Finally, you can attach files to your racing profile. There is an information area you can type in while making a racer profile, but some may want to make the rest of their resume on Microsoft Word or a similar programs like that. then, you can make it the way you want it. Your personal racing results, schedule of events for the upcoming year, goals, pretty much the important information any sponsor wants to here about.

This is an easy way for everyone to see what kind of racer you are and what you have accomplished and where you want to go with offroad racing.
Some race for pure fun, but some race to achieve personal goals. Either way, it is great to have a racing profile of yourself established.
